The Italian Tennis Federation carries out its functions in Italy in full technical, organizational and management autonomy in order to promote, develop, organize and discipline the sport of tennis, wheelchair tennis, beach tennis and paddle, in all their forms and events, as well as promoting sporting activity in the national territory and representing it internationally. The Italian Tennis Federation is recognized by the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI), the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and the Tennis Europe (TE). For Campania Regional Committee, I manage the main aspects of the annual projects and I guarantee that the programming is always online. All aimed at achieving the objectives. I create practices, models, policies, tools to improve the organization of the regional work team. I periodically provide the Regional Presidency with reports on the status of the objectives, results, risks and problems of the projects. I work out feasibility studies; I select suppliers with whom to carry out the work plans; developing and providing progress reports, proposals and presentations to various audiences including: project teams, sponsors, etc. My work and my programs always proceed by aiming at the objectives, optimizing the budget and always maintaining a high standard.
