I’m Andrei Vaduva, Digital Manager of the World Food Programme from Rome.

In the position held until now, I have dealt with projects of various kinds, especially Brand Identity, UI / UX and illustration (web and editorial).
I love organizing my work to never be a weak link in a chain, I am very collaborative with my colleagues and I welcome feedback, which is why I don't prefer working only remotely but I prefer to have people around me to create the right synergies.
I do and I believe that collaborating with people who make you love what you do is fundamental to grow and improve more and more.
In my previous experiences, I worked as CCO of Moovenda, a Food Delivery Startup of Rome, as CCO of Hakuna Cloud and Graphic Designer of Slamp in Rome, finally as Graphic Designer and Illustrator of Lapis Factory in Fukuoka.
As CCO, it was my job to manage the marketing and design teams
and collaborate with the Development and Sales section to be able to
have a broad picture of the material to be produced according to the data obtained.
The position of Graphic Designer for Slamp has been highly stimulating as it collaborates with leading designers such as Fuksas, Zaha Hadid and Coates, which encourages you to push your limits to meet their demands.
The experience with Lapis Factory was very interesting, working with a culture so different from the European one and above all with different dynamics for the composition of the layout of web and paper elements was a fundamental mental training ground for being flexible and reshaping projects in case of difficulty.
